Sponsor banners

Give sponsors real visibility: banners display at the top and bottom of your public event page and the People's Choice voting page, with click-through links.

Adding a banner

  1. Event screen → Sponsors → add banner.
  2. Enter the sponsor name, a banner image URL, and the sponsor's website link.
  3. Set the display order; toggle banners on/off any time.

Link rules

Links must be normal web addresses (https://…). ShowHive blocks anything else automatically.

Your responsibility: you are responsible for ensuring each sponsor link is correct, points to the intended sponsor, and is safe. ShowHive does not verify sponsor URLs and is not responsible for external sites or for any damages, data breach, or cyber incident resulting from them. A visitor disclaimer to this effect is shown alongside banners.
