Judging at the show

The night before

Open the event in ShowHive while you're on good Wi-Fi. That's it — the app downloads everything it needs to work offline.

At the show

1. Tap Judge → scan the placard QR on the vehicle (or search by entry number).
2. The right scorecard for that class appears. Score each criterion; add deductions or notes where the template allows.
3. Submit. The score is saved on your phone instantly — don't worry about signal.

Sync

Scores upload automatically whenever your phone has a connection. You can keep judging the whole time. If the venue is a total dead zone, the organizer may ask you to export a checkpoint file from the app and share it to them — that's normal, and nothing is lost.

Rules the app enforces

You can't judge your own vehicle, and you can't submit two scorecards for the same entry.
