Plans, upgrades & billing

ShowHive has four tiers. Pick based on how many shows you run and whether you need judging or paid registration.

1. Community — free

Up to 3 events per year and 50 entries per event. Includes People's Choice voting, your public event page, and sponsor banners. Does not include formal judging or the ability to charge entry fees.

2. Single Event — one-time

Unlock full judging and paid registration for one event, priced by size: $49 (up to 50 entries), $99 (up to 150 entries), or $199 (unlimited entries). No subscription, no recurring charge — ideal if you run one or two shows a year.

3. Subscription — unlimited

$39/month or $299/year for unlimited events and unlimited entries, with the full feature set: judging, paid registration, awards engine, offline sync, analytics.

If you run three or more judged shows a year, this costs less than buying them individually.

4. Charity Events — verified nonprofits

Registered 501(c)(3) organizations get the full Subscription feature set at discounted or waived pricing, so more of the money raised goes to the cause. Requires EIN verification — apply from Profile → Plan & billing, or email us.

Managing your plan

Profile → Plan & billing shows your current plan and opens the billing portal for card changes, invoices, and cancellation. Cancelling keeps your features until the end of the paid period — you're simply not billed again.
