Open & close registration

On the event screen you'll see a registration button:

• Green — "Registration Open": entrants can register.
• Red — "Registration Closed": they can't.

Tap it to toggle; the app asks you to confirm. You can open and close as many times as you need before judging starts.

On-site registration

For walk-ups, use On-site register from the event screen: staff can enter a vehicle, take cash or card, and print/show a receipt. The entry gets a placard QR like any other.

Entry caps

Community-plan events cap at 50 vehicles; single-event upgrades raise this (50 / 150 / unlimited). When a cap is reached, registration closes to new entries automatically.

When registration ends

Close registration, then tap Start judging when your judges are ready. After judging you can close it and move to results.
